How to study when you don't feel like it ?
Studying can be hard especially when you don't want to ....... So how do you study when you don't want to ?
1. Relax yourselves
2. Watch something
It could be your favourite movie or and episode of your favourite series
3. Meditation
Meditation helps a lot.
4. Do something you like
I'm not asking you go skiing or skydiving ( but I'd personally love to ) take a long shower or even light a scented candle.
5. Find motivation
Find motivation like trying to find how far you are from your goal and how studying helps reach your goal.
